Venison Nacho Fajitas


 

Venison Nacho Fajitas,  
1lb ground venison
2 packages of favorite fajita mix (McCormick) 
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Yellow and Red bell pepper
1 15 oz Queso Blanco Dip
1 15 oz chunky salsa
1 bag shredded lettuce
1 tomato
1 bag of shredded mexican mix cheese
1 bag of Nacho chips
1 cup sour cream
 Jalapena Pepper
Guacamole  

Brown Meat and add chopped onion, peppers, and fajita mix, let simmer for 15 mins for the flavor to mix well, stir to keep from sticking. 
Layer chips on plate, and meat mixture followed with Queso Blanco dip and then layer the rest of the ingredients as you like, top off with chopped tomatoes and sour cream..  you can add or take away what you don't like or like, black olives gives adds a great taste to it. enjoy..
