Venison Hoagies
THIS IS A GREAT DISH THAT DON'T TAKE LONG TO COOK AND EVERYBODY WILL LOVE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE BLUE CHEESE JUST PUT YOUR FAVORITE SPREAD AND CHEESE ON THE HOAGIE.
Ingredients
1 lb venison steak cut into strips and thrimmed of all white membrane
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
SPREAD
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pack of your favorite hoagie buns
Your favorite chips for the side
Directions
Put oil in large skillet and add sliced venison, onion, pepper, salt and pepper to your taste ( I add to sandwich befor I eat) add balsamic vinegar and cook untion veggies are tender.
Spread
Mix blue cheese crumbles and mayo together and spread on bun and add meat mixture, get a napking and enjoy.
