Preheat oven to 350, place skillet on stove top and add venison, salt, pepper, mustard powder, onion, garlic and cook stirring occasionally until venison is browned then add the ro-tel.
Slice dinner rolls in half and put in 9x13 baking dish, spoon venison mixture on top of rolls then add sliced cheese put tops back on rolls.
Mix all ingredients of glaze in microsafe dish and melt butter and poor over rolls and bake for 15-20 until cheese is melted.
