Ingredients


Venison Back Strap

Bacon

Sliced Jalapeno Peppers

Pepper Jack Cheese Squares

Alegros Hickory Smoke Marinade

Tooth Picks

 

Directions


Slice Back Strap into 1/8" thin peices 

Marinade in Alegros over night

Slice Bacon to make 2 peices

Slice Pepper Jack Cheese into 1/4's

Lay bacon halves on cutting board, add 1 peice of back strap, 1 peice of cheese and a slice of pepper on one end and roll and stick with tooth pick to hold 

Place on grill and cook until bacon is to the doness you like, some like crispy bacon and some like bacon not so crispy, experiment to see the way you want. You can leave off the pepper if some don't like the heat. 

Guard the grill to keep people away because there will not be any left for the table, great for appetizers and game day.  Makr sure for the little ones you take the tooth picks out before they eat them.
