Stuffed Wild Turkey Wrapped with Bacon
Ingredients
1 Side-Wild Turkey Breast
1 Tub-Onion and Chive Cream Cheese
1lb Bacon
1-Small Package of mushrooms
Directions
Lay turkey breast out flat and slice to make it two times the size, do not cut completely in half
Cook 1/4 of bacon until crisp
Saute the mushrooms
Mix bacon and the mushrooms to the cream cheese and mix throughly
Spread Cream cheese mixture onto breast and roll up like a foot ball
Lay out the rest of the bacon and roll the breast with the bacon and stick tooth picks in to hold the bacon on or use cooking twine.
Cook on pellet smoker at 300 until turkey has an IT of 160 degrees, wrap in Alumnium foil and allow to rest for 15-20 mins.
Slice and enjoy..
