Marinate backstip in Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and minced garlic for 4 hours. Mix cream cheese, jalapeño, chives, and bacon pieces. Stuff backstrip with mixture. Wrap stuffed backstrip in bacon. Bake on 395 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle Colby and Monterey cheese on it and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
